CottamRunner Howgills Trail 26 - 1st proper L50 training run (end of week 2 of 12). Really tough start - was very low at halfway / checkpoint - then refuelled and from 16 onwards it was really enjoyable. Pretty fast finish to sneak sub 5.30. Time tbc.
