Jenko Tough 2.5 lap course. Majority on paths through contry park. Had run over sandbanks on each lap. Difficult to gain footing. Felt Ok at finish. Bit disappointed with time and amount of walking done. Unaffiliated 53:02 57:09 55:00 1:00:12 45.19
Neil Oldfield First evening race, and felt pretty good despite my shoelace coming undone after 1 mile! I didnt dare stop though as league points at stake, and although not a pb I came first in my league so well chuffed, although once I passed the guy whos top at about 3 miles, all I was concerned with was staying infront so didnt push harder for a decent time. A testing course but enjoyed it! Unaffiliated 45:56 46:46 47:24 55.72
Supernova48 Not good.Didn't enjoy all the hills.No water stations,no distance markers.Not a good start or finish to run through.No medal or tshirt.Disapointing. Unaffiliated 49:05 49:09 52:30 50.31
