kstuart Having a bash at Sub 55 here assuming i can get paced from my collegue. Work collegue is away and i've tweaked my hamstring so i dont know if i'll be ready for this one. No reaction after Derwentwater trail race but i would say there is only a slim chance of breaking my PB here i'll not know how fast i can go until the day it self and will be happy with getting in under a hour. RACE UPDATE Started off steady and then having reached halfway only about 30 seconds off the pace for a new PB i tagged on to a little group that had speed up and using them i got into a steady rhythm and knocked 26 seconds off my PB.
