Ellioski Tough and very hilly, wet and slippery on the off road sections. I think they have changed the order of the races as this was definitely longer than 9.3K - more like 11K, but never mind. I finished 5th overall, beating a fair few people who are normally faster than me. I'm happy with that, it was a hard slog but I stuck with it. As much a mental challenge as a physical one. I'm not going to go as far as to say I enjoyed it, but it was fun. Louth AC, Louth Triathlon Club, CRISS Club 45:31 45:31 45:00 45:31 55.74
