Flying Ant Malvern 1/2 (well 11.7 as Upton is flooded). Used this as my first long run for my marathon training so did not want to run it as a race. Battery on garmin was flat (Doh) so could not use HRM. Lack of sleep with ear infection was not good preparation. Black Pear Joggers 1:39:06 52.39
