Debstir Unofficial time. Still not under 50 mins but (slightly) faster than last year, and with less running! The rain managed to stay off but I was praying for a drizzle at about 8k. Few twinges in my legs, especially my left knee but I think that's down to my trainers being nearly gubbed. Passed by a very strong-looking Tasi's Lass in the last half kilometre but no way could I catch up! Had to be very anti-social after the race and leave - I had work to go to! May This shall be a qualifiyer for the SPS trip first 5 ladys home...not looking for PB as hilly course shall be keeping myself for GC race next week: )...UPDATE...Had a good strong run again,steady pace first 5k then picked up 2nd half,felt stonger as race went on...surprised course was not that hilly,found it to be very fast..happy to finish 1st Lady,well done to TC ...
