Boycie No PBs here I'm afraid. I will just be taking this race steady, as it's local to me and quite a few from our club are doing it. UPDATE: Surprisingly good time - considering I did effectively a 3k race in the morning and then a 4.2 mile run to the race beforehand, I managed to run my 3rd fastest 5m ever, on a pretty demanding course! Took the first big hill very steady and this seemed to enable me to race pretty well for the rest of the race! Unaffiliated 28:20 30:04 35:00 31:17 67.34
