Sharkie Not as fast as I would have liked - 1.1 outside my PB and i knnow I am faster than that. BUT I won by 10-12 metres. So hey ho. I also did the long jump for the first time in my life, err and won that too. Only got two shots at it rather than the ususal 4 because I had to hare off for the 4x100 relay. Amuch better evening than last month... Hastings AC, Serpentine RC 33 38 37 38 74.25
