Muds Very exposed. Probably very hot. Cross country. Great having Windsor Castle as a back drop. Fast? I doubt it! Too much mileage & low key race the day before!! Superb weather! Puffing Bertie Blimmy how embarasing compared with all you lot :-( Although i had a great run and no hurty knee luckly, specially as there were a couple of hills and all of it off road (which i hate!)
