Dave Maher Gonna try and get under 20.
Was a bit windy but expected to do a bit better, ho hum! Unaffiliated 20:25 21:05 19:50 21:05 62.79
Gobi I WILL be tapered and rested and have done some specific speedwork for this one. It is a one off attempt at a fast 5km. I have run sub 17.30 twice in 10km races so this time I SHOULD finally at very worst go SUB 17.30 OR ELSE!!!!!
UPDATE***********************************************************************

My first mistake was to forget to book my nightshift off. WHOOPS. My second mistake was to over train on Wednesday and to move a piile of stuff from the house WHOOOOOOPS Sometimes I think god does not like me. We had wind and rain and I had noone to work off as I managed to get myself into 6th place and between both packs all alone. Beside the weather I ran hard and I got the PB, today I could go no faster but I am sure that in the right conditions there is more to come.

I am the DEVIL Cannock & Stafford AC 16:16 17:02 16:59 17:20 75.83
Left Foot Wasn't really going for a time, so quite pleased with that, as I've barely managed more than a three mile jog around the common once a week with track every other week or so... for the past 2 months. So I haven't COMPLETELY lost my fitness. UKnetrunner, Veterans Athletic Club 21:09 21:51 23:00 22:19 67.82

Mazza aka Fitso hard work. Unaffiliated 21:55 22:05 22:05 22:16 68.37
Night-owl Still no-where near pb shape at the very worse treat it as a hard training run. Though i will be coming in off the night shift. Didn't run for 2 weeks since the last one

Kept it steady as i went out tried not to go out too fast, it was hard after working the night before, hopefully be back in July Unaffiliated 24:23 25:52 28:00 28:15 53.30
Rach E I have to escape this 18:27/18:28 void!!! Yes, I did escape the void - JUST!!! Time wa 18:23 on the watch but I suspect will be 18:24 on the official results as it's normally a second out. I benefitted from the rest day BUT this was hard work today. The course was slightly changed with a nasty hairpin near the start and it was also very windy. I couldn't have gone any faster though and was very pleased with how I ran. Splits: 3:33; 3:37; 7:35 (3&4 - missed 3km marker); 3:36. I was also first lady so got a trophy thing :-) Aldershot, Farnham & District AC, Team Kennet, Newbury Velo 17:52 17:59 18:15 18:23 80.15

Sharkie Leg problem again made the middle of the race a separate issue. First and last ks ontarget at sensible 5:16 and 5:20 , but slowed to over 6 minutes on k3 and the dmage was done. Almost gave up yet again as I hobbled and hopped round the lake. There was then far too much ground to make up by k5. Windy and cold. Too late and wet for any sort of warm up. Hastings AC, Serpentine RC 27:22 27:39 27:57 28:14 61.05
Siamese Pete Fingers crossed for a good run this time - unless you've bet on Boo in which case you won't have any fingers to cross!! Unaffiliated 25:20 25:20 25:36 27:15 50.40
Slow Going Ouch - evil little uphill at 4.5k. Set off too fast and paid for it. I met Boo :) UKnetrunner 19:18 20:28 20:31 64.07
SteveX Was soaking wet on arrival due to downpour on way over. But then sun came out. Ran fairly steady and felt good although breezy around some parts of the course. Knew it would be a close call but a PB by some 9 secs - 20.54 Time to be confirmed. Striders of Croydon AC 20:47 20:47 20:54 68.80
The Teaboy Forgot the watch, thought I paced it well on feel cos I didn't completely blow at 3k. Reason was because I was slower. That makes sense. Bedford Harriers AC 19:36 20:07 20:40 21:01 61.21
