FfJono Felt good most of the way round but the hilly k's were tougher than i remembered. Had a tight calf for the second half of the race but managed a strong finish all the same. Happy with the time overall. 69th Unaffiliated 42:11 42:44 43:45 42:44 61.78

Lisrun I am not a fan of this race, though I find it hard to explain why - I think it just lacks any interesting scenery. Only gentle ascents and descents so could be potential pb course for some people - not me.*After* My 150th race which feels good, but it looks not very many compared to a friend who reached 1200 races with this one ! I remember now what I don't enjoy about this race, its the laps, one small one and then two big ones.
