PaulaMc First summer league race, hoping to beat my current 10K time of 01:01:44. Maybe the quicker runners can drag me along! Awful. Too hot, went out too quickly, needed the loo desperately by the end, for some reason stupidly took lucozade in bottle and felt sick. Everything conspired to slow me down. Worst race yet, from my own point of view. Unaffiliated 50:08 1:01:20 1:01:00 1:02:35 49.06
