Son of a Pronator Man I wil be taking this easy running with a friend who is comng back from injury. I'm looking forward to it in a qualified way. 14 miles is easy peasy but what about the 7 hills ? No PB's - except as this will be my first ever 14 miles race, I will be on for one but my half marathon PB wil be miles away. Update: Wow - what an event - a combination of road running, rat racing,hill running and some lungbursting climbs, ending with a scramble up the sttepest face of Arthurs Seat.
