Beccals have no idea what the course is like, but hoping it is ok. Based upon my PB in the Siwthland 6 miler I'm hoping for a PB at 10km as well. ** update have heard it's undulating might go and cycle it to check it out. It was undulating and raining! But still managed a PB. My garmin said course was 6.32miles long! Not 6.2. Guess should be happy. Went through 6 miles at 48.53. Unaffiliated 48:45 49:57 52:30 51:15 58.82
Feathersmcgraw Perfect running weather but the day job had left me knackered. Busier than normal with a crowded start full of peeps who should have started further back - but should remember that it was only a 'Fun run'. Started well with sub 6mins on 1st 2 miles but dropped to 6:30's after that. Always enjoy it, will be back next year. Anyone entered the new 10K at prestwold - looks good!!
