chucky Well, slower than I wanted but it did include a 30sec stop due to a problem with my toe. 1min quicker than last year and 2mins quicker than when I win it 2 years ago, so can't complain really. Got beaten by guys I haven't beaten before, and was much closer to them than in recent years. Lovely course, would be a great race if they can sort out the marshalling problems (the leaders went wrong as the marshall wasn't looking). SteveX Pretty much an off road XC type course with a steep hill towards the end. A PB course this isnt. Also quite a few of us Garmin measured at between 5.1-5.2 miles rather than the 4.97 miles it was meant to be. But a pleasent enough run and event. Striders of Croydon AC 37:26 37:26 37:26 62.18
