LukeStur OK this is the one you've been waiting for - I am finally doing a 10K and will definitely take at least 15 minutes of my PB set years ago on a hilly trail race. Get your cheque books out! UPDATE: Doh! I thought I'd bet on myself but hadn't! Didn't quite manage 1st place, but got 2nd and a nice silver medal - my first running prize :-) Good race, paced it well and finished strong.
