Ally2 Club run and I have been 'volunteered' for the first leg. Thanks Boycie. 800ft climb in 3.81 miles with 2 seriously tough hills. Came 3rd on my leg and have got a chesty cough as it was freezing, rainy and lung busting. And we won mixed team price and a lovely red scarf! Notts AC, Hermitage Harriers RC 26:00 24:55 60.17

Boycie Did Leg 5 for the victorious Hermitage Harriers mixed team. 6th overall in 21.38 for 3.6 miles, which I was pretty pleased with, although perhaps should've tried harder to make it 4th and be up there with most of the rest of the Harriers - perhaps running the Wimbledon Common Time Trial on Saturday wasn't such a smart move, as legs felt a bit tired. Just to compound matters, I was driven to Leg 8 and ran that too, for the C team as a club mate was ill and unable to run!!! Did that one in 35.06 for 5.5 miles... Unaffiliated 21:38 69.36

clifford I have got a 3.5 miler....hopefully try and get 7.30 - 7.45 average..... UPDATE: Did it in 25 mins.....really went for it from the start and i was really pleased with the 25 minute time.... Hermitage Harriers RC 25:01 60.43
Trehis Had a storming run here, set off too fast so was relegated to 15th place after 200 meters but from then on I just picked runner after runner off all the way to the end to finish up in 5th place on this 2.4 mile stage of the relay. Unaffiliated 14:58 110.11
