Team Win Had a good one. Took the first 2 mins quite slow then latched onto a Telford runner who dragged me up to a group in front. Managed to use a clubmate as a pacemaker then put a big effort in on the last 400m to finish 16th in just outside 18mins. Shrewsbury AC 17:19 17:33 18:25 18:01 71.32
