Jogging Jon I was pants. It was raining and the course very muddy but my main problem came at mile 3 when shorts started chaffing like mad. Slowed to try and sort problem out but didn't help. Was bleeding from sore by end. Owch! 100 Marathon Club, Wrekin Road Runners 29:32 32:18 35:28 50.14
