Boingy Still trying to get some speed back after a few weeks not running, so don't think I'll PB this time..... Well it was better than I thought, but not very happy. Went out too quick again, 6min 18sec first mile. Stopped again at about 4K thinking I was going to die. Must toughen up a bit and run through the pain. If I had, I'd be looking at a shiny new PB.
