May Grangemouth track meet,1,500m,this is where I ran my first track race back in 1999,my god I feel old!!!looking to get some leg speed,asked Magoo to pace me......where did i go????you paced another blonde round the track???ha ha,the pace was fast!forgot what it was like to race this distance,but happy with result after hard 7.5miles today,Magoo I shall let you know the next one.....need to do it like the three legged race.....so you dont pace any other blondes!!!ha ha Scottish Prison Service AAC 4:54 5:20 5:20 73.42
