TROSaracen First 10k for a year. I have progressed in that year so a PB should come (currently 47mins). UPDATE. Ran it in 42:00. Strange race for me - forgot to charge my Garmin which conked out after 24 mins, had a phone call just before the race which blew my concentration. However a good time. Turned in 21:04 after the 'out' and expected, with more downhills back to get around 41:30, so surprised to not to increase pace second half - I tried. Loss of Garmin did not help, heavy intervals the day before. I also ended up between groups, running virtaully alone in the second half. However pleased with the time, a new PB - indeed a new PB of PB's (if I plug all my pb's into www.runningforfitness.org race predicter then this race gives me the quickest predicted mara of all my PB's).
