fetcheveryone Not the sub-40 I was optimistically hoping for, but I was still pleased with a PB by over 2 minutes. The kilometre splits were 5:07, 5:08, 5:10, 5:00, 4:54, 5:37, 5:15, 4:59 - guess where the hill was! A few tree roots, loose ground etc made it a tricky surface to run on, but the forest is a great place to run. Managed to sneak two Mars bars at the end too :-) FERC 36:23 41:13 39:59 41:13 51.11
Forest Runner Time to be confirmed as I didn't use a watch myself. Enjoyed the race very much, just following around four clubmates for the first three miles, dropping three of them on the hill, and playing cat and mouse with the remaining clubmate for the last two miles, just pipping him at the finish. fraggle Well pleased with the time. Right ankle felt a bit 'not quite right' after a couple of miles, then I overheated, and nearly threw up at the top of the nasty hill at 3 miles (had to stop and do some deep breathing for a while there!) Carried on and it took me until 4 miles to feel better, then I put my foot down for the last mile to finish is 48.59 . No midge bites which is a bonus :o) Unaffiliated 46:10 48:59 50:00 48:59 49.84

Jonny I was running late for this one, had to do a quick change into my runnning gear at the nearby Sainsbury's toilets. Very enjoyable run, hadn't done much training, so would like to improve on my slightly disappointing time next year. Unaffiliated 33:15 33:53 33:53 62.17

Roxy Sort of enjoyed this, found it abit tough yet wasn't feeling 100%. Was a nice race though, would do it again. Enjoyed the last mile the best and I came 4th out of the women, so was happy :o) Will use/wear my mug with pride?? Unaffiliated 33:00 33:00 35:00 33:00 72.22

TomM Pleasant evening and lovely course. Off road with killer hill at 3 mile marker. Felt a bit rough halfway round (needed the loo!) but pleased with my time. Stubbington Green Runners 42:37 46:21 46:21 52.64
