Slowest half I've ever run, but after pneumonia I was just grateful to get round okay.
30th Half / 2nd Burnham Beeches Half. Ran the 10K St Levan race on Friday evg - then travelled all day Sat and the campsite was over 2 miles from Sainsburys where Joe & I walked on Sat evg to get supplies, so I was quite tired for this. I was sluggish, running 9:30 - 10 min miling, then suddenly about mile 9 I felt better and the last miles were nearer 9 min miling. Nice medal. Also Thanks to Briano for the lift from the campsite to the race on Sunday morning!
