Lisrun Very mild with no wind and cloudy so no shivering at the start as usually happens. Good running conditions except that there was some ice on the paths in the Dene. Almost same course but we spent longer on the beach and we took the lower route in Holywell Dene. Ran in trail shoes which worked well. Very pleased with my time, which is fastest for this run. The usual drinks and good cakes afterwards. 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 59:48 59:48 59:48 67.21
