Mal Where the bloody hell did that come from? I'd barely trained since Reading 6 weeks ago due to niggling injuries, illness etc, and felt a bit ropey on the day. Cue creaming 43s off my PB. Bodes well for the remaining summer races. Barnes Runners, Horsham Joggers 39:41 40:47 43:00 40:51 64.63
Peteb69 Enjoyed the 1st race now looking to improve on my times. 2nd race and a new PB which was a surpise 100 Marathon Club, Serpentine RC 38:06 43:30 46:56 45:31 59.05
