Mudlark/Titan Tri sport Travelled down for this race sat,5 & half hours & ended goig out & getting pist,lovely town with great company .still knackered from kirton 5 on fri !didnt warm up as was going to steady run it,but felt ok after 2k steady,miles behind leaders,so pushed on hard for last 4 k & ended up 21st !! not far behind m45 leaders !
