Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker. I understand. No-one likes ads.

Please consider enabling ads for our website, or making a voluntary donation. If you donate, I can turn off the ads for you for a period of time. Average donations are about £3.50 per month, so a tenner would give you three months ad free.

Good wee race. Still struggling to regain fitness after injury.
Yano
Just coming back from illness, taking too many drugs and felt heavy and sluggish to start. Muggy weather to match. Couldn't be be bothered trying to fight through canal congestion early on. Once it opened out it was a fine run - good flat course and feels like it should be quicker. Good personal battle with ec. 45th out of 273.
kyt
while i felt competitive the time doesn't lie. pb for course (1st timer...). 48/273
Gokeith
ran a pretty good race tonight and finished in 3rd position overall but won the m40 prize.good course along the canal pathways, its flat but the running suface def makes it a bit slower than the road.
Alf Tupper Tough of the Track
Found a bit of struggle in humid conditions. Couldn't quite lift the pace, although the canal bank is hard to 'bounce' along.
