Baza Okay slower than expected, but having just got back from a weeks holiday and only having done one 4 miler while away I thought I'd play safe and have an easy run round today. Ran with a guy from Aberdeen from about 3miles and I reckon we helped each other on the hills. Well organised event yet again. Carnegie Harriers 1:23:13 1:26:03 1:35:00 1:39:57 58.00
Loon Dod Good Race excellent hills but did not like the big downhill. With the miles in my legs lately and the Lactate threshold session on the bike wednesday and hill reps on thursday fairly happy with result any other route it would have been sub 1:40 small field but some big names came out for it.
