emmilou My first ever off road race and indeed race ever last september . trundled in in 2:15 ideally like to sub 1:45 but it being quite hilly I very much doubt it but it will be better than last years attempt unless I break something!! Just couldn't pull a sub 2 hour out the bag. Blew up on the last mile unbelievable cramp reduced to a hobble - still chuffed to knock over 15 minutes off last year and bag 9th lady position!!! :-) onwards and upwards :-) Lostock AC 2:03:00 2:03:00 2:00:00 2:03:00 52.77
Kev Scone not as prepared as should me and not done before so will be a course PB but not a distance PB as off road and hilly. social should be good though :) and indeed wasn't prepared enough, am too overweight and not put enough hard miles in, will beat it next year, though!!
