Loon Dod All 5 runs will be at training pace no bets please By this time in the week was bad with a head cold tent was wrecked with the weather and had only 2 hrs sleep in car so was feeling bad. Wind was gusting to 50 miles an hour and it was raining and also some sleet. Great race a wanted a steady pace 4 hrs was target as last long run before the Devil. race by my Garmin was allmost 27 miles long so happy with time I could have been a bit quicker but the guy who I was running with slowed over the last 3 miles so I stuck with him as we had ran well together for most of the race. Wabo I am doing 11 miles and hubby 15, not a clue of time - I had a nightmare and had to walk 5 miles, cried sang ans swore my way to the finish. Left leg is now totally wrecked and I don't know when I will run next! Eton Manor AC, Orion Harriers 4:11:47 4:18:19 3:47:00
