Torbay Held at Teign School Kingsteignton. A 10 mile run of two laps mainly flat with a couple of hills. It was nice to run close to home for a change. Plenty of marshals with a friendly atmosphere. There were two water station at 4 and 7 miles. All finishers received a glass paper weight, and the bananas were huge. Ran steady for first 7 miles then felt groin strain coming back again,jogged slowly for last 3 miles. Torbay Athletic Club and Torbay Tri Club 1:22:34 1:32:56 1:35:00 1:32:56 55.31
