GordonG (my watch time). The good points: 5th straight PB on this course (and highest ever ranking points!) and a really positive run. I overtook more people in this race than in any previous 5K. First K, mainly down hill, in 4.47 was a little slower than planned but i managed to hit the other K markers at roughly the planned times. Thanks to all who were brave enough to bet on me. The bad point: my goal for this year was to do this particular couse in under 25mins. Oh well, will just have to try next year. Overall though, this is a fantastic series of races, through lovely woods, well organised and marshalled, great value for money (£12 for 3 races!!) and i would highly recommend it to all local Fetchies. Runna Slowest time on this course, but only 5 secs down on last year so pleased as not raced under marathon distance since April. Really enjoyed the run and felt strong on hill at end. Gravesend Road Runners & AC 19:53 19:53 20:00 19:53 74.80
