Selfish Git!!! Dont bet on me am fat. 975metres high 12.2 kms up and back. Didn’t push it too much as being a temporary Dutch resident, I’ve forgotten what a hill is. I expected to have wrecked legs but they feel not too bad. I better wait till tomorrow for a better assessment. Top in 1.04 back down in 39 mins 20 people overtook me on the way dow showing how gingerly I was decending. Cold and wet and misty on the top half . Long sleaved top was a good decision.
