Baza First time running this race, so what can i say - Makes the Auld Toun 10K look easy was one comment I heard!! Good route with a rather big hill flung in for good measure. Good downhill towards the finish, last 200 metres on grass sapped the legs a bit. Lovely spread of cakes put on at the end which was tremendous. Well done Penicuik on a well organised event. My 3 club mates finished as 1st mens team going by the results too. Met Guiseppe who finished about 10 seconds in front of me - if only i'd known it was you.....lol Carnegie Harriers 36:28 36:54 40:16 65.59

Ellem UPDATE - I was 2nd in W45 class!! Watch time for now. My God that hill gets no smaller or shorter!! Well pleased with time considering I've only had 6 days since last hilly race.
