burroughs First ever 15 mile and first time doing a cross country run. this was in epping forest and did i suffer for it, only ever run up to 10 miles but not a bad time for a first timer with some deadly hills in it, still not been back since but will go back to my nightmare next year Benfleet RC 1:49:08 1:57:40 2:00:00 1:57:40 56.92
Left Foot Quite fun . Silly mud and hills but no barbed wire, quicksand, sharks, dragons, etc. Managed to hold my own in first x-c ever and felt strong at the finish.
