JEJ Went out slow to try and avoid stomach upset. Seemed to work - 16:45 at half way, picked up to 3:20 / km, then a bit harder in final km for 33:17. 2nd place, but last 5km was solo effort. Unaffiliated 31:52 32:04 33:40 33:17 79.32
