ceri This was my first race ever - started 'jogging' in Feb this year. It was really hot - got a stitch at 2k but this disappeared at 4k by which time I decided to run like the clappers. My goal was to finish without walking and I achieved that. I feel it was a respectable time and am looking forward to the Windsor 8k in Sept!! Unaffiliated 26:30 30:09 30:00 30:09 49.51
