fatface First time at Bushy Park for me. Cool day with quite a bit of breeze and I thought I'd worked a lot harder than I should of needed to for my recorded time. Unaffiliated 21:31 22:54 23:00 22:54 61.16
funkin Was hoping for anything around 20:00. Well, that didn't happen. I'd not run for a week and have an injury at present. Well, that's my excuse! Ranelagh Harriers, The Stragglers RC 18:04 18:04 20:39 63.62
GAZGIB Ran the race with my daughter but dont think I would have been that much quicker on my own. Bracknell Forest Runners 20:01 23:25 25:52 51.27
Kinsey Ran with Sarah and did it in about 30 minutes - quite windy, and there were lots of people there! Unaffiliated 24:13 27:18 30:00 49.27
Kirsty Another slowest bptt ever for me - 5 seconds slower than last week. And I know exactly where those 5 seconds went - I had to stop to do up both laces due to lack of concentration at start i.e standing around chatting.
Was saving self for Surrey League xc this pm. Ranelagh Harriers 22:32 22:32 28:15 52.32
Kittenheels Kath This felt like good, hard work. Thought I was doing well in the last km until two ladies passed me chatting amiably! Can't seem to get anywhere near my PB though. Thanks to Greg for letting me catch up with him, and Puff for her company, and nice to meet RFJ and jnr. Unaffiliated 24:32 24:32 26:23 58.20
LeGreg - hes back and he wants reve Ran BPTT without a SDM, wanting to see how good a feel I had for Marathon Pace. The aim was to get round in 26:20, which is 5:20/k pace. I was very very chuffed to hit the time absolutely on the nail. It's only when I got home that I realised that 5:20 over 5k is 26:40, not 26:20... Morale : it's bliddy hard to go slow in a 5k race when there's people zooming past you all the time... Unaffiliated 21:19 21:34 26:20 50.11
Puffing Bertie Was ok for most of it then the last km i just lost it...or so it felt :-(

Was suppose to take it easy cos of tomorrow but as usual i got caught up and ran with Kath, bet i will regret going at that pace in the morning! Unaffiliated 24:38 24:38 26:36 57.73
RFJ Ran round with RFJ Jnr for his first BPTT, had a great time (so did he).

Great to meet up up many new people, Greg, Puffing Beartie, Kath, Holloywood. It all makes for a better day, then went on to do the Hants XC lge in Reading...... Swindon Striders 17:59 20:17 25:00 24:16 55.70
Sezz Not run a 5k for a year and as my speed as decreased considerably over the last 12 months, I wondered if I might not even get sub 30! However, managed 28:08 which I'm fairly pleased with, even though it was flippin tough and I was fading fast at the end. Trent Park Running Club 26:39 28:08 28:08 53.39
zuzi Edinburgh Road Club 24:31 25:04 26:35 55.55
