Kieren *unofficial time* I have a cold & feel pretty bad but thought I would run a lot better than this. I could feel the burn by the fountain & it was a big struggle from there. Reduced to walking about 10 minutes in but managed to get started again. The new Walsh shoes are amazing for traction though & the self clean too so hardly any mud on them when I finished. Could feel the added traction in the lower legs though - could be an injury risk on longer runs if you are not used to it Serpentine RC, Ealing Eagles Running Club 18:33 19:05 20:00 21:18 60.33
