MadJonny Planned to take it easy but felt good on the day and decided to push it a bit. Started at a quick but comfortable pace. Felt good with about 1k left and pushed harder. Went flat out in the last 500m as a PB seemed possible, but missed out by 2 secs. Not at all disappointed though as I've now recovered to pre-illness level of fitness and will have a proper go at beating PB next time. Unaffiliated 22:29 23:06 23:08 57.23
Puffing Bertie Well i had planned on a slow jog of about 30mins after a bad shoulder incident yesterday but something made me go faster...(probably the pain killers!) and i got another PB by accident. Ran with this great lady who really inspired me and so i felt great till the last 1k but there was no way i was giving up then! Unaffiliated 24:38 25:37 25:37 59.81
