fetcheveryone I was hoping for sub-50 here, but it didn't quite materialise. I probably didn't train quite enough to justify getting sub-50, but also there were a couple of unexpected hills just after 3k, which rather took the wind out of my sails, which had been flapping impressively until then. Will be back for this one next year, but will save my energy for the right moment! I highly recommend the chocolate and fudge slices available at the little canteen place afterwards. Julzy This is my first 10k. Have had a knee problem for the last few weeks so have only one week left to train for this now. If I finish under 60 I'll be really please, but have to hope the knee holds out. Unaffiliated 51:56 1:00:40 1:00:00 1:00:40 50.34
