Forest Faerie A shiney new PB for me!!! Great race, lovely course, managed to keep up with OB for 2 miles but by golly can that girl run, so we cut the shoelaces and off she went into the hazy distance. Leg played up a bit and really started singing around 7 miles. Fleetingly fantasised about pulling out by thought of all the credits riding on me, so I plodded on. Pain soon went so was please. A few testing hills and the spring sunshine made to hot work, but I felt good, felt I still have a bit more to give and currently feel on top of the world!!
