Gokeith cross country race so no chance of pb if course is an accurate 5miles update-finished 5th overall and 3rd runner,felt ran quite well,took a bit of a tumble trying to get round a back marker and lost bit of ground on guy in front,don't think i would have caught him but would have been interesting. wil e coyote 5 mins behind my usual time, but haven't been training..great event as usual though seems to be more quality with the cyclists these days. Great to see killie support. Ayrodynamic Runners, Loudoun Runners AC 31:52 35:02 62.23
