SparkyMark A flat course. I should be able to PB here, then that will leave just 5 and 12 mile to make my target of beating all my PBs this year - UPDATE - Wooooooooooooo - a new pb for me. Niggle in quad took some time off, but managed to keep it going in the last 3 k. a 4:01 at the start was a bit quick, but manages a 4:05 for the last k.
