Great race and well organised. Felt it tough coming off the beach and then onto farm track before hitting the tarmac again. Delighted to complete my first half marathon in under two hours!
Nessie
Oh, those dunes are tough - but worth it for the beach stretch.
ClaireT
My first HM, held near where I was brought up. The distance was a lot tougher than I expected, had really bad pace control (started off too fast) and legs were knackered after the middle section on the sand dunes and beach. But really enjoyed it all the same. First lady.

My home town. Proved a tough half marathon. With parts of the run on track and beech, I did my usual and set off far too fast only to suffer later.
