ATOM. Just back from a week away with minimal training. Put predicted time down as 80 mins (8 min mile pace); but will probably be slightly faster. Doubt I'll achieve 7 min mile pace though. Hit 7 min mile pace for first 2 miles then died!!!! Hilly course (hillier than I remember) and strong wind contributed to a slower than anticipated time but all things being considered I'm not disappointed and plan to take the positives from the race; ie first race of the new training regime, longest run of new training programme, no injuries :) Pirate Ship Of Fools, Zoom Tri Club 1:14:22 1:22:29 1:20:00 1:22:29 54.45
