CR1970 First run after FLM. Not sure how much speed I have in the legs after months of enduranace training. Guess I will find out here! *update* Not too disappointed as I have not done any speed training for about 6 months. Weather was miserable but still a good turnout. Gobi A doubles short weekend the week before the big one. Mileage during the last week has been light and included a rest day so will be hoping to run close to my PB. Rach E I should be entering this on the day (providing there are entries available). I will be going for a pb but it's a risky bet as I haven't tapered at all for this and will be racing a 5k the day before. ***UPDATE*** First lady & a huge amount off my pb.
