Ally2 Started first k conservatively but then charged to the front at 2k as I was getting cut up. Was still leadng until 3k with swinburn, torry and livesey when I got swamped by the charging pack. Thru 5k in over 15 mins so knew sub 30 was slipping. Had a tough patch 6-8k but rallied quite well. The surging in the first few laps I think cost me a pb but I wanted a clear sight of the road. 30th overall (worse race position since March-12!), stacked. wshippin This race was my last attempt at a new 10K PB in 2014. As someone who was aiming for sub 35, it would have made sence to be allowed in the sub 35 area. End up in the Sub 45 pen, hence getting a time far slower than my goal.
