About Me
Hi I'm Jamie I use to enter many races all recorded somewhere on an old Fetch profile. A work related shin injury stopped me from racing so I kind of lost my love for running apart from warm sunny days or running with my dog slow and steady, I find it hard these days to motivate myself into getting out special when dark, cold, wet or icy :-( So my idea to try and re-motivate myself is to run every day (rain or shine) minimum run of say 2 miles and lets see how many consecutive days I can accumulate. I am off to visit my dad in Spain at beginning of 2013 so that should be a help running where it's a bit warmer, down side I won't have my trusty 4 legged companion by my side.

My highlight run (not race lol) of 2012 has to be an 8 mile run round Central Park ny (I got lost lol).

I quite enjoy are foot running too.
